I think I've seen some uncensored ones being uploaded here, but I'm not sure if they're photoshopped by others or not.

I really don't know how that site works, whether it still applies the rule of censoring genitals like the main site, or it actually doesn't have the rule and it's just the artist's decision to put the censor on.

Kase Daiki's paid rewards are from Pixiv Fanbox and they are uncensored.

I still think it's inappropriate for me to say this (because I'm visiting here to see paid works freely), but I'm still curious why some artists in fanbox still censor their works.

Is it just because the artist wanted it to be censored? Or maybe there's actually a rule/law to censor artworks but some managed to go under the radar? If there isn't, I think it's kinda unfair to give people censored works to people who paid the artist.

Artist's work, their decision, has nothing to do with fair.
You can buy it or not. Japan does have a rule, so if they are a citizen it's up to them whether they want to take a chance that could potentially put them out of business. If they don't want to, I prefer they "conveniently censor" or keep it out of view.

Then there are private event policies.

Some cons like Anime Expo forbid NSFW to be sold at an event open to the general public, so the artist has to comply if they want sell their merchandise.

Well I know that Japan has the rule for censoring, I'm just curious that the pixiv fanbox site still apply that rule there or not.

I personally think it's still about the nation's rule that they can't really post uncensored things there. That's a shame, but what a pleb like me can do anyways.
