This one's badly overprocessed, with clear banding, and badly levelled. The other one has some oddness too, though; there's a weird blur in the vertical black line directly under the right elbow, for example (looks like the results of a bad autostitch). I think they're different sources (compare the hair covered by the right elbow)...

The other one seems better, overall.
