Should add the tagme tag at least if you don't supply an artist tag.

The tagme tag is automatically added when one uploads without putting any tags. I have thought of using tagme_artist_translation as a sub since tagme_(artist) and/or tagme_(character) isn't a thing.

- But not for those posts that have other types of tags, like this very post (any post without an artist tag has to have the tagme tag)
- tagme_artist_translation is used in posts that have tagged non-romanized artist tags (usually because don't know how the names should be pronunced)

Maybe the site could add a line of code adding tagme to post without an artist tag on them or something.

Know that, but still could be used for post anchoring.

TBH a 2-5 minutes cool off period between each tagme only/non-artist tag post where you one can't post any more images would be an interesting thing to observed. Will probably have some problem, but it would make the rush hour period more bearable and less ""competitive"".
