...also why there isn't "torture" tag anyway? you make black list useless if you don't add tags that are likely to not be seen by some people.

Because whether it's a torture or not is subjective? The person in question may be quite enjoying it.

Nope, the level of severity of what's depicted in this image is too low to have that tag added (refer to its wiki page: extreme_content).

There's not much subjectively involved there - with that much weight on your legs you're bound to cause your limbs severe damage that can lead to amputation.

Regardless, you're missing the point here - it's not about whether the fictional character enjoys it or not, it's wheter the actual real life person watching this image enjoys it or not, and the purpose of the tags is to describe a picture on base look level - you don't tag a blonde girl "black hair" because you know she dye her hair do you? it's the same with torture, you don't not tag it because you question whether the subject is enjoying it or not, you tag it for what it APPEARS to be.

It's buffing that with so many useless tags we can't have base tags that can actually cause real distress to real life people that can't just use the black list because someone doesn't care to add a few frigging tags.

If you recognize this as a "kink" then the creation of a dedicated tag is justified(and since you're a mod I expect it to support it).
After all, you do want people that like this kind of "kink" to easily find it with a proper tag search, right?

And coincidentally at the same time, give other people the ability to black list it.

I've aliased "torture" to guro for the time being until it's time to have it an independent tag.

Also note that even in Danbooru, there are only less than 600 images having this tag.

I've "Discovered" that in terms of "Nasty Content" Gelbooru is way more "Rich" of such "Material".
