I put explicit rating and "sex" tag despite no details shown, just to be safe. Change it if needed.

I think it could be rated as questionable, because as far as we can tell, she could be just sitting on him, and we can't see any genitals.

No penis/vagina shown, I suggest rating it as questionable, as it's just a kind of sexual suggestion (maybe a little strange though).

Unless it's determined they aren't actually having sex (i.e. have the "sex" tag removed), this post must be Explicit (refer to howto:rate for more).

That's exactly what I and fbhou mean, remove the "sex" tag. They *could* be having sex, but we can't actually see anything, so if we can't see, we can't prove that it's happening. As I said, she could just be sitting on him.

Exactly. That's why we only tag things that are actually visible in the picture, not subjective things. The "sex" is subjective in this picture. I'd remove the tag and rate it as questionable, but I will leave it up to you and the mod. :)

P.S. Sorry to bring this topic back up again after a week. I checked the following day for answers and there wasn't any, so I forgot about it. I saw this picture again just now and went to check if there were answers, and it turned out there were. :)
