pixiv says the blond is Syuko Shiomi but nothing comes up when searching name on yandre.re. shiomi_shuuko looks like it's the right character but might have tagged this wrong?

Character (and artist) tags are named according to how they are pronounced in their original language (Japanese in this case), so you won't get anything if you search with the English spelling (unless it's aliased to the correct tag).

And yes, I think you got the correct tag.

pixiv is decent with having both a Japanese/English names for tags. I can usually just copy and paste into yandre.re with a _ and i'll get a result with first and last names reversed. normally spelling is same but in this case it wasn't.

That's because "Syu" is an English style romanization - but it's either "Shuu" or "Shū" in the Japanese romanization (both without that alphabet "y").

P.S. No sex tag for actions without the actual intercourse.
