If it is marked as "DRM'd", then the chance to have it extracted directly is minimal.

This picture in https://e-hentai.org/s/68b3ad5264/1710052-20 was too small in size, it's 367KB.
The one on melonbook website you can view online https://d268wdmvt7ox0e.cloudfront.net/23e6/browser/990000225126/20.jpg but scrambled was 755KB.
So unlike kiyoe, I decided to capture it myself.
