Well we have the rule for q rating, when the breast is to much exposed. It's an innocent action but that doesn't matter for other things as well. But Moon will decide. He is the pro when it's about rating.

Exposed breasts are exposed breasts, no matter why they're exposed - not to mention there may exist viewers having some special "g spot" and will get aroused when viewing breastfeeding images like this one.

I think I said this before but I always base ratings off of how I think the public society would think of it. Like imagine if an elementary schooler would see this and show their mom. Safe or questionable? I always do this.
