I would guess the most common occurrence of bones would be under the guro tag. That doesn't feel appropriate here.

I just treat that as a moving skeleton (monster) with its skull replaced with a girl's head (hence monster_girl).

No, it isn't appropriate to add guro, as those bones aren't exposed through gore, but as if they've been there already like that from the beginning.
