1) Scan at 600dpi without any filtering on scan driver
2) "Mitchell" resize at 450dpi
3) Greyc -dt 20 -p 0.5 -a 0.1 -alpha 0 -sigma 3.0 -fast true
4) Neat image amount high 25% Luminous 50% others 100%
5) auto contrast & saturation adjust
6) Greyc -dt 30 -p 0.4 -a 0.3 -alpha 0 -sigma 3.0 -fast true
