Quick fix, thought it was a cute picture and the signature and screening annoyed the heck out of me.

You need to something about the binding discoloration though.

Image > Crop > Done.

I don't need to do anything. I fixed what annoyed me. The binding discoloration is the least of my problems with the picture, the fact the edges are blurry annoys me more than the discoloration. But I can't fix the blur.

The screening and signature were distracting, the rest is just meh.

I don't like cropping, I only cropped in the first place to remove the signature, I even considered redrawing that area instead, but was lazy. So feel free to crop it. I don't feel the job is half done, I just feel the scan was poor and I made the best of it in my opinion.
