Toddlers are age 0-3 (maybe 0-4), these look well over 7/8 to me.

Yeah I was being sarcastic, because their official measurements are that of an average japanese woman, and they are certainly drawn to look at least as old as your average anime high school girl, even covered up, you can see Fubuki has at least B cup breasts, and Korone even larger, yet they got tagged as lolis. Why not go a step further I thought.

The tagging is according to what can be seen in the image posted here. I don't know how they look in the original media, but in this image, I agree with Marona, they look like children, that's why the loli tag.

I can't even imagine how someone can look at this and see them as children. This is entry level average anime teenage girls, decently endowed and not underheight at that by one glance.
I guess too much Ara Ara MILFbait hentai or western art does that to you?

@Arknovalisk: Please don't add new General-typed tags unless gotten thoroughly discussed and approved by the Mods.

But I'm quite sure that tag names as trivial as "toddlercon" won't get approved anyways.
