Should ariha redirect to arufa? I think the second one is the right spell..

arifa, we generally use f instead of h for ふ and the variants (ふぃ, ふぇ and so on). Saves confusion on words with an 'f' sound in them for people who don't know how the japanese language works :) Well, in theory anyway.

Traditional Japanese dosen't have f, v, (and di, ti, e.t.c), so there are no Chinese characters pronaunce f. but our age has f. although it violate Japanese rules, we can get it.

Yep, that's my point, you've added the other variants of 'fu' to cope with the influx of foreign words and so on :) Good thing too, otherwise we wouldn't have such awesome names as フィアナ・ファウファウ :D
