Not on yande.re.
donmai.us calls it a standing_split among other tags. I would broadly call it a memetic_pose (encompassing the finger+mirror photo pose, for example). Cat lingerie and virgin-killer sweater would go under memetic_clothing, if it were solely up to me.

The person or people in charge of deciding the policies made the decision to stifle the creation of new general tags. There's less than 250 general tags in circulation and that's it. I think I've glimpsed a challenge once, like, should someone do a good job proving the neccesity of a tag then it would get implemented, but it felt like jest.

neatness. file length. organisation. seen a few reasons. imo, artist name/circle, character name, origin media name in the file name, the rest in the meta data would be optimal. apparently that not a thing that can actually be done though
