I can say the same thing I said here: post #743488
Most of the time I notice it, sometimes I don't. Pointing it out at every instance when I didn't won't make a difference.

Edit: Also, when I type bikini, why does it offer EVERY option that contains the word bikini BEFORE the simple bikini? If I type bikini then be the first option be the simple bikini instead of sling_bikini. If I want sling_bikini to come up first, I type 'sling'.

I guess that's because there're some sort of Tag alias linking to "bikini", e.g. "string_bikini": https://yande.re/tag_alias?query=string_bikini&commit=Search+Aliases (also starting with an "s")
