Lily is a girl, not a trap.
It falls into the trap category, or did we enter a super PC era where we take a fictional character's feelings into consideration?
I don't think we're that deep yet.

Any evidence that she's still keeping her penis? If it has been replaced by a pussy via surgical operation, than trap should no longer be added (as that means she's willingly to become a "real" girl, not just pretend and dress to be one).
Unless the penis rotted away, it's probably there, given "Lily" (Masao-kun officially) died from a shock when puberty hit.
But it's DEFINITE that there was no pussy added to replace it, since the father was never okay with it.
Anyways, it's just a trap if we put the morality away.
Though I don't remember the exact details, as I didn't really get into/enjoy/care for the series myself even by its end.

If you're born a male, then you will always be a male, surgical mutilations aside. Simple science, physics and reality. It's a trap.

Well, I personally won't call someone a male anymore if they've transformed into a female (legally (i.e. their ID document claims so), at least).

Have you watched the show? If so, you know that's not nearly the case.
Lily is dead and a zombie though, but is also the definition of a trap, "she" got me too, and not many traps can do this, usually there's some telling masculine features.
This is the type of discussion you guys need to take to the forum.
