judging from metadata original image contained, it was created in year 2003.and this lovely scan was properly exported to jpeg with 94 compression and NO subsampling, which gave much much better result, so i had to deal less with artifacts, but with dust and creases. yes, and colour mushing all over the skin. most of them i repaired. what i certainly ruined is highlight on left thigh, skin ovel bra cup and the cup itself.
what i didn't touched is that skin compression line on the right leg. it seems was it was made by mistake. comment if you think it should be removed.
also, i think original was stitched automatically, so some painting on my part was involved.

That could be repaired with care. You just have to ask yourself, is it worth the time?

read my top comment. i think that line is artist mistake, look closely. if it is a mistake, it should be preserved. still would like to hear what others think.

Looks like you are right, and it's an artistic 'mistake' rather then an artefact caused by auto-stitching.
