Not sure which station this is referenced from, but from the style of the station sign, it could be one from the JR West.

Light blue is JR Shikoku, Dark Blue, JR West. Could be based on an actual station but the destination sign is designed for nijisanji. The pixiv page does not say anything definite.

A cartoonist I knew, drew a distinctive ink bottle and I told him the brand. He said "I didn't know that, my mind just told me to draw an ink bottle."

But yes, in terms of color, that looks more like JR Shikoku's.
