bleeding is visible only after darkening the image. if you want to remove them, you have to fully cover light parts of image (skin and background) in pure colour. selective blurring was unsuccessful. removed crease and stray pixels and spots; tuned levels. quality scan, 100 jpeg with subsampling :(
this edit is 96 jpeg with no subsampling so size is smaller that original. enjoy another GIMP edit.
