Seems like the artist talks about their year 2020, the illustrations are denoting the topic covered by the adjacent text. The author just seems to love Ilya, they've apparently had come to like Nanoha that year. They also had something memorable to do with the Caster Artoria ("Kyasutoria") in FGO. I've no idea what's Obsolete is about. Quite not profound messages, not really interesting to look more closely into for me. Someone with a better command of Japanese might help you better, if you still need it.
