If it looks loli it should be tagged as such. Their 'supposed' ages make no difference.

The loli tag is (IMO) useless unless used on Q/E images.

You won't see me adding tags such as loli or whatever. Only Character, Copyright, and Artist tags that I know of.

Exactly, the simple reason for it, is that they don't really on breasts to be 'good looking' but on other factors.
