I've never seen any art of her where she wasn't wearing her goggles, but I'm as certain as I can be that the horse girl on the left is El Condor Pasa. Hair color, style and length, eye color, ponytail in back secured with wide band all match. She and Grass Wonder had a manzai vibe together in the first season, and Special Week was a classmate. No other horse girl I'm aware of checks off as many boxes. Anyone know for sure?

Indeed. Here is original title:"素顔エルグラちゃん"
"エル" is 'EL' condor pasa
"グラ" is 'GRA'ss wonder
Both are abbreviation of Japanese.
