Hepburn romanization ("Momiji") vs. Kunrei-shiki romanization ("Momizi"). Hepburn romanization is in general use when romanizing Japanese names, although a few artists (Noizi Ito among them) prefer to have their names romanized in Kunrei-shiki. Other people like to always use Hepburn, which is why you see Ito's name romanized as "Noiji Itou" on some sites.
