strange post #237, i have to say. GraphicsMagick estimates it as 69 jpeg, but GIMP as 74. well, definitely not the setting you should export you images to, unless there are some restrictions.
removed bleeds and gap, applied medium selective blur, tuned levels. sure, noise is rather disturbing in this one. saved as jpeg, as png would be more then 10MB.
post #7691 may look like better version, but it is not. it is smaller, some filtering applied, scaled down and at top of all, is saved as 100 jpeg, so it confused me as to its quality. i suggest to nuke it.
there's also much smaller version of this artwork without text and graphics at danbooru posted by their admin.
