When you upload something to the internet, it becomes the property of the internet, and anyone can do with it what they like. If you don't like it, don't upload anything to the internet.

That's ignoring the fact you scanned and uploaded the image without the original artist's permission in the first place, so you can stop being such a childish hypocrite.

If your friend can show the URL he /she had post it and the time was noted for you indeed,that's all.
