So where should triple point be between time used on editing, quality, file size?

lanczos (or mitchell) resize them into 300dpi before filtering :P
when I first came here, I was using 600dpi for the highest resolution, but changed 450dpi soon. and now start to using 300dpi for the best balance of highest quality and fastest editing speed.
