As for me, doing decensoring work is just drawing above the picture. Yes, you only draw it again (for most cases).

Yet if you have an uncensored lower quality version, it's much easier because there is a reference now.

Ah, if you have a nice computer with strong GPU, you know deep-learning neural network algorythm, then you can integrate these technology to an auto decensor software. Unfortunatly, a better algorythm than manpower isn't appered yet.

I did not either. I use mouse to draw everything, including my original artwork.

Though a tablet is necessary and important!
