What about Uma Musume? Those names are unique, there is no ambiguity and when a new character is added without franchise name, it's changed to the franchise name variant. At this point probably all characters have the franchise name in their name tag.

In danbooru, looks like they have tags for the original horses, so disambiguation is needed.
