It doesn't make much sense putting a direct hotlink to the image file as the source, as we already have it here (the image file). I mean, clicking on the source link has the same result as clicking on "Download larger version". We can't actually find where it came from like that (the artist's website, paysite or social media). You should provide a link to the page/site/post instead, so people can actually know where it came from and where to find more.

True, unless it's from Pixiv (clicking a direct image link will get you redirected to its description page automatically).
