This is the source. Perhaps you have seen the shrinking switch on.

I see, the image I saw has a shrinking suffix (?sw=1368&strip=false), this seems to be automatic when I open the image, is there any way to disable the automatic shrinking? Or do I just have to check for suffixes in the future?

It is difficult to disable it automatically.
However, the file name usually ends with .jpg or .PNG, so it's not difficult to notice.
