Different source, slightly bigger file size implying less compressed. Twitter/Pixiv versions used to be considered duplicates, but freebies/paid rewards too.

Yande.re is really bad at communicating rule and guideline updates.

I'm pretty sure Admin and Mod already explain about duplicate image before.

Arguing in comments is not communicating rule/guideline changes. I didn't know that discussion happened. If I want to know the rules/guidelines I check the wiki and the help pages, not the comments on random posts. If a rule/guideline doesn't exist there than it might as well not exist at all.
