Since this is a paid picture for FANBOX, I am putting it on hold. I will release the hold after some time.

Because if it becomes the norm to have pictures reproduced right away, the artist who posted the paid pictures may receive a complaint and his pictures may be banned. In fact, that happened to one artist. That's why we release the hold after some time.

I don't think that helps all that much. Reverse image search services (SauceNAO, iqdb) will still show the picture if someone does a search for the low-res freebie and they can be seen here too with a simple search term.

Mostly it's good for not flooding the main page with 8 variations of the same post. I for one, if a paid reward is too new, I just don't upload it for a week or two.

I get that. I'm willing to upload a few select variations, but not an entire set.
