Suggestion: I think leotard and no_bra used together is redundant. There are almost no post where a character wears a leotard WITH bra, so I think the existence of a bra is much more useful to tag than the non-existence.

Sort of like the rule that you shouldn't use naked and breasts together, only in this case it makes sense.

Well, if leotards are one of those "clothing not normally worn with a bra" mentioned in the above link, then I think it's OK not to add no_bra to them?

This still needs other Mods' input, though.
