I wondered the same thing until I got my copy. They're releasing a re-mastered boxed edition of it. There's a nice full paged ad for it ^__^

Also, those 2 extra Nanoha posters are fucking ginormous. They're like 75cm x 42cm. And it comes w/ the Nanoha drama CD and a Nanoha Weiss Schwartz card. I guess they threw in a lot of extra shit since it was Megami's 10th anniversary.
