Why is this picture posted 3 times?

oldest is a jpeg version with weird colors, then there's a png version that midzki upped, and there's this one that petopeto fixed. Later the jpeg will go away when some mod runs a de-dupe check.

es is transferring pics from moeren
there is a man who is scanning random himes, but gekisoku took placed with better quality recently.

Anyone see a problem with deleting the smaller one? It's very badly overfiltered and I don't think it has any value over midzki's. (The better one is underfiltered, I think, but that's fixable...)

at least in himes from 2009-02, no need to keep variations (unfixed images too)

we are deleting many comments without any record. when they are deleted (or edited), noone can't track down.

When I was a mod at a Chinese BBS I won't ban somebody if he was making a two-sequential reply, especially when the posting time is very close. You won't feel pleased if you're banned because the goddamn ISP sent two same packets as if one is lost to the forum which finally make a sequential reply, or just because you've forgotten something on the previous reply and just make another one to complete the missing part. I just combine sequential replies together with (and sometimes without) a PM telling that what you've done. I don't like the feeling of giving bans and punishment all the time; if you're always doing it what's the reason that people come to your forum - to find faults and bans as recreation? I'd choose to exaust myself as a mod rather than enraging people just because a little mistake that doesn't actually matters at all...
And I also really don't understand why some (yeah I mean some, only a few Chinese mods like to abuse their clearance) Chinese mods would always wanting banning. Is it just a mean to exploit the maximum of clearance? It's ridiculous. A mods' clearance should be used to make a forum a more cafateria-like place that is full of love and joy - like moe.imouto.
