So, if a character has heterochromia, but at the same time one eye closed, does the tag still apply or only if the condition is plain to see?

Edit: Aslo, should the tag description include the "most popular" character with heterochromia? For one, it's irrelevant regarding how to use the tag and also not true/subject to change. The character named there has 129 posts, while for example Houshou Marine has 1473.

I've just deleted that sentence, as it's irrelevant to the description of the tag.
