I don't see a problem with that. The weird part was Illya looking like a loli in the first series and UBW despite being 18 (I think 1 or 2 years older than Shirou).

That is NOT the weird part. The weird part is that they are supposed to be (even if we take original Fate verse 18-year-old Illya as canon) stuck in ~elementary school age girl's body, and that never changed with Kaleid Liner either, and they advertise them as the same 12-ish year old girls, it's just that anime industry has become so mainstream and apologetic that anything even remotely lolicon has basically died, with at most a few (very pale) exceptions a year, but even those exceptions are not likely to happen soon.
