These were originally posted elsewhere at about 1200 DPI. There's no sense in posting--or even scanning--most stuff at that resolution; the image simply isn't that high-res. There's no visible difference after scaling it down, other than some JPEG blocks going away (if you looked close enough).

High-res is part of "high quality", but that means using a decent resolution for the source media, not just turning the resolution up as high as it goes.

Paper color prints: 300~360 dpi
Huge goods color prints: 180~240dpi

there are no meaning to scan them at above 2*original dpi.
