Haha. Yukino is very smart, and I think she is the only girl that speaks "like a philosopher", really, the other ones speak really normally IMO. Well, there's Hachiman too, the MC (he keeps arguing with Yukino), but he only says stupid bullshits. I only watched season 1, though, and I don't intend watching the other ones; not because of the dialogs, didn't find hard to follow at all, I just didn't like the show that much. The title says "My Teen Romantic Comedy", but there's hardly any romance at all, and little comedy too. I also didn't like how they force/push the attraction that Hachiman and ALL the other guys (except for Hayato and his friends) show for Saika, the effeminate boy, ALL the time, as if Hachiman and ALL the guys were gay or bisexual, but Hachiman isn't. That's so ridiculous, and I found it very stupid. It's so forced that Hachiman doesn't show that much explicit attraction for the girls, Yukino or Yui, even though he feels attraction for them too. I also didn't like the MC at all, he is stupid and a douchebag.

Overall, it was an acceptable show, the girls are the best thing: Yukino, Yui, Saki (the white-haired girl <3), Meguri (the student council president); even Komachi (Hachiman's little sister) and Miss Hiratsuka (the teacher) are cute too, a pity she is a heavy smoker. BTW, how come she smokes in closed/confined spaces, in the presence of underage students, AND in school grounds?! I was perplexed! That's forbidden in my country, to smoke in closed/confined spaces, and specially at school in the presence of underage students. Anyway, didn't like the show so much, so won't watch the other seasons.

P.S. 15 y.o. girls? Are you sure? They are high school students, so they should be at least 16. Meguri mentions, during the sports festival preparation, that it was her last year in school, so she is probably 18. Hachiman, Yukino, and Yui are second year students, I guess, so they are probably 17. Yui couldn't be blessed with those huge breasts at 15, LOL.

There's a bit more romance in season 2/3 but is very ethereal, very subtle, I don't even remember if there's a single kiss scene in all 3 seasons.

Also you forgot to mention that the teacher, aside from smoking, punches the MC several times in the first season while dropping that gag completely in season 2/3.

There's also a scene where Saika (the effeminate boy so to speak) is in a sauna with other boys ALL bare-chested except for him for some reason, I wonder if the author is trying to suggest that Saika was a girl the whole time and it's just pretending or something because it's VERY suspicious how you never seen him bare chested or in a swimsuit without the chest clothed (like in the first OVA in season 1).

Haha, I didn't mention about the teacher punching Hachiman several times because I know it was just a gag. Teachers doesn't punch students in Japan IRL. I guess. LOL. XD

I don't think that Saika could be a girl in disguise. Traps and effeminate boys in anime are usually like that, they behave like girls when it's about getting "naked" or in a swimsuit. Gasper, the trap in High School DxD, also behaves like a girl, covering his chest when he needs to get naked or in a swimsuit in front of others, even though he claims/says he is a boy.
