This is not a thing to do, here! Just change them whenever it is needed, but don’t lock them! Please! I even sent an DM to you to tell you to stop, already. Have you even read it???

Curious, I've looked at their history of edits, it had a few dozen rating q changed to s and rating locks added. I can't find scripts to quickly unlock ratings, I can't find a syntax to isolate the posts edited last by a certain user, and I can't find a syntax to find all posts with ratings locked. API for that exists, but it is not something I've ever used.
The user edit history though, ooh boy, it allows selections of numerous edits and then I can undo their changes. just by clicking "undo" below. Which I did to try maybe then to go through each post and add the safe rating to them manually. It wasn't needed. Why? Because the corrected rating was prevented from getting rolled back, because at the moment of the edit being undone, the rating-lock is still in effect! Thus, if they only did a correct rating alteration, then it's an easy few clicks correction. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't be banned, just found the thing funny.
