Which takes priority, Image Size or Image Quality?

The Twitter image is 4096, but 85 quality. The Pixiv image is 2048, but Image Quality is 100.

Which would stay?
Quality is the most important factor but size is potential quality (as in a mid quality image downsized to a size not as small can still present a similar quality) so it's best to keep both.
Okay, sounds reasonable. I'll hold both. Wasn't sure of the policy here, so thanks for clearing that up.

Update: Being as both are jpegs, the larger one has the better quality as far as edge artifacts go. So I might skip posting the smaller jpeg. Someone else is free to, but one is enough.
The smaller image looks hella noised, no way he would get those artifacts after downscaling this image and saving to 100 jpeg. It looks re-encoded a couple of times, so I suggest to delete smaller one, as a reminder that 100 jpeg is not lossless and significantly increases file size.
Thanks for the input, fatmangoth. I like the larger size image in this case, too.
