This is one of the characters introduced today in Azur Lane... and I think I get what some people say about Yostar ditching lolis; Not only she is the only character of the group who is supposed to be a loli (as all the destroyer-type ships), but her body doesn't really suggest it (even in a in-game cutscene one of the character literally says "she is pretty stacked for a destroyer" )

Don't really need to, she drops in C3 or D3 or you can spend 8k event points to get her guarantee :D

Probably what I'll have to do, only had 110 cubes to begin with. But I got 3x Vanguard with 40 pulls so far...
