Maybe that's not buttocks, but her thighs. Her left leg posed more or less normally, with the right leg crossing over it towards the viewer.

Many artists who have wanted to draw the boobs and butt of the same girl in one picture have failed at anatomy like this. At least with this picture, it's physically possible, if probably very uncomfortable.

There's still some anatomy fail here, since her back arcs to the left going down, but her butt is still quite a bit to the right of what would be the realistic location of her hip. Like... it's not the worst I have seen by far, but once you see it, you can't really unsee it either.
