One of the weird artist that uses symbols like the percent sign. I hope these info are correct since information on this artist is hard to find for uses like me who cannot read a bit of Japanese.

With the 2 dual artbook, you can really start to tell the difference. There's no illustrations of Otoha once so ever. My head already hurts, i'll get started on Tsukinon later... eventuall...
