Funny, I thought Misakura Nankotsu only drew those pictures of girls with giant penises. Then I made a little search and realized the majority of her works are quite decent. I suppose I should surf the Posts area more often than the Comments area (even if it's less fun).
I'm not so sure Loli fits this image to be honest. She is rather developed and even though her face is young looking, i'm not sure that constitutes Loli in this case.
