i seen people say that they make some picture bigger in size in orer to post them but i dont know how they do it, i have some pics but they are too small to be uploaded, i need to make them bigger

You can't make pictures bigger without losing quality. This is why people vector images...
We have a fault tag called upscaled for images which have been resized.

This reminds me of an episode of CSI(Miami?) where they were looking for some stolen grenade launchers that were used in a crime.
They found the guy who fired it when he was admitted to a hospital with a concussion and severe black eye . Apparently no one informed him to move his head away from the site before firing the weapon due to the massive recoil.
