Mr_GT said: Victini event. If you have the Liberty Pass, you can get it as soon as the 3rd gym. The little bastards has a capture rate of 3 (ironic the title legendaries have a capture rate of 45). The only good thing about it is that if you either run or kill Victini it will come back. It will coming back until you catch it.
If I had a Master Ball, it would make soft-resetting so much easier.
