My result: post #279345
Source from your post #279331

How to do (probably need Photoshop)
1. Change Lab 16bit
2. Dust & Scratches 4px on a & b channel (prevent color noise on edge)
3. Gaussian blur 0.6px on L channel
4. Change RGB 16bit
5. GREYCstration (-dt10 -p0.2 -a0.6 -alpha3 -sigma0 -gauss0 -iter2)
6. GREYCstration (-dt30 -p0.2 -a0.6 -alpha0 -sigma3 -gauss0 -iter2)
7. Change RGB 8bit
8. Save PNG

Probably it looks more beautiful if in half size.
I recommend LANCZOS filter at that time.
Ah I see. Thanks! I will use your tips and work on it again this weekend. And yes, I do use Lanczos since it seems to be the best quality (although slow).
