Yes I was aware of that, but you've misunderstood me. All I was saying is that rules should be applied in similar ways for similar tags.
You seem to be arguing that ass should be tagged with naked_apron when it is prominent, yet breasts should not be tagged when they are exposed. This is what doesn't make any sense.
With naked_apron, the breasts would normally NOT be exposed because they are covered by the apron. If they are exposed, it should be tagged since that would no longer be the default state implied by the tag.
