comments about 2: I know that I'm not the only one who has wanted this book. So I finally bought it and scanned it. But unfortunately, I bought Korean version of it because I live in Korea so I couldn't find Japanese version in the book store. I know many of you cannot read Korean but if you don't mind, please download it.
I found Chinese ver. Because I don't need Chinese ver, I didn't download it and just got the baidu link.
